How it works

    Choose indoor (111m or 400m) or outdoor. Your last choice is remembered, so it's usually one tap.

    Start the session

    Motion, magnetic heading, GPS, and heart rate start recording at once. Lock your phone — it keeps running.

    Review & save

    After you stop, the app compiles laps, pace, heart-rate zones, and route into a clean summary to save.
